initial impressions
–used both windows 11 laptop and iPhone16
–like the top banner, scroll, picture
–when you mention AI-powered resource, I expected to learn how is it AI powered and why that is valuable, otherwise I’d leave that off
–something seems unappealing about the area around “Scroll to learn about hearing aids or join the…” I would just have a link to the forum above that with the “HArC I Hear Forum” text and leave off the “join the HArC…” link and text below that. I would also not have the “Email required for spam…” disclaimer in that area, probably once you enter the forum.
–I am not sure where the trademarked Harcie term is used
Hearing aid testing screen
–i like this. It is a great resource for testing links. looked and worked well with both laptop and iPhone 16
Prescription vs OTC screen
–worked with both laptop and iphone
much better with iPhone in landscape rather than portrait mode both because landscape mode showed the comparison table in a better compare/contrast way and when holding the phone upright a few letters on the right side were cut off.
Choosing a hearing aid screen
–liked the links to the Cleveland Clinic, etc.
–confused by the icons next to each type of hearing aid
Hearing Aid fashion screen
–nice touch. liked the celeb section. didn’t realize there were accents, jewelry or color options. would like a little less white space in the “Accent them or Hide them” area.
hearing aid humor screen
–fun. easier to follow on laptop so lyrics are side by side.
